These terms apply to your use of websitedesignlahore.com and to the services provided by RightBPO Pvt Ltd (“WebsiteDesignLahore”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed document applies to that project.

We provide website design and development, ecommerce, domain and hosting-related services, website maintenance and security, search engine optimisation (SEO), AI-search and local search optimisation, and digital marketing.

The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or statement of work.

• A proposal is an offer to carry out the work described in it.
• It is accepted when you confirm in writing (an email is enough) or ask us to begin.
• Estimates rely on the information you give us. If the requirements change, we will tell you and agree a revised scope before continuing.

Unless the proposal says otherwise, fees do not include third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, software licences, plugins, stock media or advertising spend. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

• Content, approvals, access and decisions in good time, from a named point of contact.

Delays in providing these can affect the timeline and the cost.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. We will not start it without your approval.

Many projects rely on third-party platforms and providers, for example domain registries, hosting providers, ecommerce and payment platforms, email services, plugins and themes. Their terms, pricing, availability and policies are outside our control, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Your proposal states who holds the account for each third-party service we set up for you.

You keep the rights in the content and materials you supply.

Third-party components such as fonts, plugins, themes, stock assets and open-source software remain subject to their own licences.

SEO, AI-search, local search and digital marketing depend on factors we do not control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competitors, and your own website and content.

We work to improve your performance, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or citations in AI-generated answers.

Hosting, maintenance and security services reduce risk but cannot remove it. We do not guarantee that a website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security incidents.

Any service levels, backup arrangements or response times that apply are the ones stated in your proposal or service agreement.

You are responsible for the content on your website and for making sure it is lawful, accurate and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may decline or suspend work that involves unlawful or harmful content.

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the services.

Where we handle personal data on your behalf, we do so on your instructions and in line with applicable law. How we handle personal information collected through this website is described in our privacy policy.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law permits, we exclude all other warranties.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Limitation of liability: [Limitation of liability].
